Blazers outscored GSW 42-18 since GSW had a 83-71 lead

They still don't have any depth. They have a great starting lineup.

They probably have the worst bench in the entire NBA.

Those starters will likely be dead by the allstar break.

Injuries happen. Fatigue happens. It is a certainty in the long season.

You cannot play 82 games with only 6 NBA players and a bunch of D-league guys who could not make the roster of any other team.

Well all of our bench players are injured except for Barnes and green. Ezeli, JO and Douglas are all injured some changes will come.

I was talking about Portland.

Golden State does have a little depth....it might be currently injured but they have a little depth.

Portland is pathetic in terms of their bench.

Mo Williams is the 6th man....and after that it is complete and utter junk....

Portland bench isn't that bad. Once McCollum returns from injury they will have 3 solid role players who is coming off the bench in Mo, McCollum, and Lopez (who's been playing well this season) and that is all you need in the playoffs as most teams usually run a 8 or 9 man rotation once the playoffs begin

They already beat the Spurs with everyone healthy. They play Indy and OKC on December 2nd and 4th in Portland. I expect them to win 1 of those games if not both

I think they will get spanked by Indy but they have a shot vs OKC

Spanked in Portland against a Indy team that's been barely surviving games lately and needing a great 3rd or 4th quarter to beat teams like Boston and Philly.

And if you think Portland had a weak schedule and has yet to beat a contender why don't you check out Indiana's schedule? Excluding their 2 games against Chicago they played absolutely nobody except for Memphis.

As some have stated, it all comes down to the bench.

They have everything you are looking for in a starting 5.

Lillard and Aldridge are superstars. I have long said that if the Blazers could get one or two more guys to play lights out like those two do they can be a contender. We'll have to wait and see if it happens. Blazers are one or two good players away from being a serious contender. Need somebody else to seriously step up.

Maybe they make a deal before the deadline to improve the bench play

Nothing like playing the Knicks to look sick as shit on D...I did like seeing their communication though on D.

They look good, Aldrigde is a beast. Amare needs to retire and fast.

Our bench doesn't have many well known players, but I've watched some Blazers games and in most games, the bench seems to be good enough to keep us from losing much ground in terms of the scoreboard. Head coach Terry Stotts seems to do a good job of rotating starters and bench players. I think our big man depth will be even better if Meyers Leonard can stay healthy.
