Is Jenkins stupid or something??

This a quote from the post today, right after he gets off suspension....

Doesnt he know that this is a violation of league rules and could get not only him, but the team into trouble. He isnt supposed to have ANY contact with the team. Will be rather pissed if this comes back to bite us which knowing Goddell, it could very well do just that.

I really don't see how they could do expect them to do any different. What are they gonna do?? Ask for his phone records...

Now..with that being said..it would not totally floor me if Goodell did (or at least tried) to do something about this. It would be a total dick move..but hey, that's Rogie's style.

We also know tampering goes on every year before free agency opens. But smart teams and agents dont advertise it because they know the league will come down like a ton of bricks. Im not saying he was dumb for keeping touch with his boys. But to come out and say it to a reporter.... you got to know the rules. And even us fans know that suspension and no contact with the team usually means just that. Agree it would be a dick move on Goddells part, but then again he is rather a dick when it comes to the Redskins.

Isn't Godell a home grown skin fan? Then again, that probably makes the sitch worse. Making an example is something he is known for. Can't blame him if a player reports publicy a blatant breaking of the rules. Stupid, stupid, stupid. It's not like we need Jenkins or anything...damn

Exactly...the team doesn't mean the players. It means the coaches and the front office. You can't tell grown men who they can be friends with.

Well...we just have to hope Mara doesnt find out about it.....We could be lookng at losing some draft picks, or another cap hit next year!!!!


Although.....I have said the cap hit was a blessing in disguise, and I still believe that, as it made the Skins a more fiscally responsible ball club, and has set us up nicely for next years and the years to come.....Now the Cowboys, and Gmen, with their pushing money out........Love it!!!!!
