Why would a Pistons fan try to reference that? You have heard of Isiah Thomas, right?
It was more a reference that while you can put up great individual stats, especially in single games, it does not necessarily lead to great team success.

My apologies, honesty wasn't paying any attention to who you're team was. That is very true championships are a team accomplishment. I guess I was thrown off because another poster mentioned something about no pg being top 5.

CP3 seems like more of a stat stuffer than game changer. He's really good, don't get me wrong... but there's something about him that doesn't seem like he'll ever win a ring, idk why.

I don't know, it depends on how you look at it. Russell Westbrook has more points and rebounds per game, but Chris Paul leads the NBA in assists per game, assist to T.O. ratio, and Paul's shooting percentage is about 6 points higher than Westbrook's.
