I don't see how it's possible to be pissed about a sorry ass franchise like Cleveland winning a game. Unless they beat your team. Because otherwise LOLing at the Browns is like LOLing at retards. It's just not nice.

Well i did state that I picked minnesota in a survivor pool...:bawling::bawling:

Draft picks have plenty of value too. Especially to a new regime.

Bottom line, they dont trust their QBs to be long term solutions. The present is important, but not as important as the future. IMO, the trade was a win-win.

No, i am not commenting on the trade, i am commenting on how they WON yesterday, and it makes me question the trade!!! I dont think they lost the trade at all...

What are they supposed to do? Just lay down?

The coaching staff feels like they are playing with house money because they are obviously building for the future, which probably had a lot to do with the aggressive gameplan.

Cleveland has some talent, and i think many people are over looking them. if they can get the QB situation fixed they might beat many good teams.

Yes, i'm always mad when a division team wins, but the GB game made me more mad, because GB gave that game away.

ESPN:

The Browns looked like they were having too much fun to accept a tanking of the season; good for coach Rob Chudzinski and his staff.
...
The Browns let loose in an upset victory over Minnesota, scoring a touchdown on a fake field goal, setting up a field goal with a fake punt and letting new quarterback (and Cleveland native) Brian Hoyer throw (a whooping) 54 times.

Hey man, I don't really understand the trade either but maybe they saw something we didn't and know something we don't. I mean obviously, it has more to do with depth than the first-rounder per se. The pick from Indy is going to be mid to late at best. I think your anger is just like you said, more to do with losing the pool.:suds:

Since they have been at the top end of the draft since about 1908, they should have some young talent. Besides, I have always admired Cleveland fans. Those boys and girls show up and cheer for their team every week no matter how bad things may get. They have to be at the other end of the spectrum from bandwagon fans. Hats off and kudos.

This game pissed me off, what does this win say about their trade?? If they thought they could contend then why trade your best player without getting anyone back?? if you are quitting the season, why win a game before Jacksonville does?? They played the whole game as if they had nothing to lose, but i just dont understand why...

maybe i am just pissed because i picked minnesota in an elimination pool!!!

Heck No ! its awesome that Cleveland won

So why did they move from Cleveland to Baltimore?

Winning today will make it harder to get who they want for the future... Yes its one game, but if thats how they will play, they will win a couple more...

They want to win. Winning today may give them poor draft position, but as a Jet fan I'm sure that you can attest that is certainly no guarantee for future success.

You dont teach a team to win later by losing now.

And thats why i am questioning the trade, if they want to win why did they only get future value for richardson?? I am not questioning the trade for future value, i actually think Cleveland won the trade... I just have a problem with choosing to make your team worse and then playing the game like you HAVE to win...

Maybe they just dont feel like Richardson is that great and is an essential piece now or moving forward.

Bc he doesn't give them tge best chance to win, he doesn't fit their system and style. They were running more and not getting anything out of it. Most likely they will be better plus he was a drag in the locker room, for the reason he is used to winning and didn't like it.

I really did not hear any of the locker room problems... if he was a cancer in the locker room then i will recant my hatred of Cleveland that was brought on by this weeks win and trade...
