My smartphone is almost two years old and it's about time for a new one......

Do I go with the Iphone- or do I stay away from it?

I am hearing that the Iphone on Verizon will take some time to perfect. Hearing the new type of network will be somewhat slower and cannot run apps while on the phone (not huge deal). I know the iPhone 5 comes out early summer for AT&T. If that is the same for Verizon I would wait.

Besides that, I have the 3gs and love it. Cannot live without it (maybe exaggerating a bit). I will probably stick with att unless the 5 comes out on Verizon.

only reason i have one is so i dont have to take my laptop to class. splashtop app=remote connection to comp from ipad via VNC and with a wireless keyboard that means i have a laptop the size of a piece of notebook paper

I have an evo htc phone on sprint.. the guy ive been dating has a iphone 3g with att.. he has practically no service anywhere we go that is not right in town.. I havent been anywhere that either the phone,text or data hasnt worked.. if we walk in a store he has to bascially walk outside to get service.. I dont have any of those problems on my phone.. in my opinion EVO with sprint>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>> the iphone with att
