Hes number 84 on the latest draft prospect big board. Imo theres a better chsnce Weiskamp leaves thsn Garza ( Joe is #51 ) id be shocked if Garza leaves

There's no college wrestling forum.

Iowa was ranked #1 in the country. The top 3 ranked teams were #1 Iowa, #2 Penn State, #3 Ohio State. Iowa won the B1G Wrestling Tournament.

And Iowa is only losing 1 varsity wrestler.

In all seriousness, you guys should claim the wrestling title from this year. You guys were as close to a lock as a team could possibly be. It's not an exaggeration to say you would have won it 99 out of every 100 times. Maybe 100.

But Lugo and Kemerer were both Seniors, so unless you know something I don't, you aren't only losing one starter.

Wrestling - Iowa should be ranked st going in.
Basketball - If Garza and Wieskamp come back, there is a chance
Football - I would be happy with another 10-win season.

I think the B10 may be better in bssketball next year than it was this year especially at the top. League easily has 5 of the top 15 and maybe more depending on who leaves

That's what I thought. I think Wisconsin is a pretty safe bet to be a top 10 team next year. Potter made a huge difference.

This week has SUCKED!

I should be studying the bracket right now and getting ready to spend the next morning at work doing my 'initial' bracket.

Instead ... all I have to look forward to is work for the next 2 weeks...

Ive got 8 B10 teams in the top 25 if everyone returns ( which they wont ) but league should be loaded agsin next year either way

Certainly possible as those teams will have elite offenses too.

But if Garza improves ( which he should ) and you put out 3 40%+ 3 pt shooters around him AND a better shooting, more athletic and bigger 4 i think its lights out.

Basically we are replacing Kriener with a better version of Kriener, Evelyn with an All B10 level PG who is one of the clutchest guys in CBB and Till with a Top 50ish recruit.

That alone, if no one gets better, makes Iowa a top 12 type team

His family is well to do and he loves it in IC. Add Bohannon coming back and i dont see him leaving to maybe get picked in R2. I have no idea what scouts look at that would have him at 84 but it is what it is and im not complaining lol

Hey if one school was going to do it next year it would be Iowa. Probably one of only a few schools that will be top 10-15 prearason in all 3. Iowa, Ohio St, Wisconsin. Thats probably the list but Iowa is more of a favorite in wrestling than anyone else in any of the other sports

Weve never won one! Multiple FFs and a title game but no titles although they wouldve won it in 80 if Ronnie Lester hadnt bliwn his knee out in the tourney
