Disclaimer: I got this from another poster on the Niner's message board and I have found some posters to post incorrect stats. Didn't want to go through to figure each one out, so take them with a grain of salt - or ignore them. He cited www.profootballfocus.com. "Wide Receiver Rating:

We have 3 guys in the top 13 in the NFL for receivers who have 20 targets or more on the season. This shows a QB's rating when throwing to said receiver.

1.) Golden tate - 40 targets - 130.0 Rating
8.) Kyle Williams - 20 121.3
10.) Mike Crabtree -61 116.9
13.) Randy Moss - 24 114.2

Drop Rate

Nothing significant here with our wide receivers. They've been doing a good job (finally) of hauling in passes. But....

Of all tight ends and wide receivers, Delanie Walker leads all tight ends AND WR's in the league in drop percentage with 42.86% of catchable balls thrown to him being dropped.

On the flip side, Vernon is one of the best with just 2.785 of catchable passes thrown to him being dropped. 1 out of 36 catchable targets.

Accuracy Percentage

Please, let's not turn this into an Alex thread. I know Colin looked incredible last night, but this was a great stat I didn't want to leave out.

Alex is #1 in the NFL in accuracy % with a 81.2% of his passes being accurate. This stat doesn't penalize a QB's accuracy for dropped passes, spikes, throw aways, being hit as he throws, or batted passes.

1.) Alex - 81.25
2.) RGIII - 80.5%
3.) Peyton - 80.0%

Tackling Efficiency

Carlos Rodgers and Terrell Brown are tied for #1 in tackling efficiency for corners with 0 missed tackles in the run or passing game.

Patrick is 5th overall in run game efficiency for IL, and Navarro is 5th overall in run stop %.

Overall Rankings by position:

Remember, these ranking are for everything a player does, not just what we see on the box score. Blocking, penalties, dropped passes, missed tackles, etc.

Special Teams

Special Teamer (anyone who has played ST this year)- CJ Spillman #854 (out of 867 - more penalties than any ST in the NFL and only 3 tackles on the year)

Special Teamer - Larry Grant #839 (also a negative on penalties and only 4 tackles)

Special Teamer - Bruce Miller #29 (highest ranking 49er)

K - Akers #6 (his kickoffs are really good)
P - Andy Lee #6 (he was #1 a couple of weeks ago)
KR - Kyle #24 (out of 177)
KR - Teddy #44 (#13 overall on punt returns and 6th worst on KO at #173)
KR - Kendall Hunter #170

Akers' kick offs, Andy, and Bruce are doing well, and Kyle when he gets a chance, but it's no wonder we've been having such struggles.

Just for reference Colin Jones is in the top 15% for ST players, Blake is in the top 3% at #29 overall."
