Panthers placed Ryan Kalil on I.R. with a Lisfranc injury and will undergo surgery.

The Packers also gave the "designated for return" tag on Cedric Benson.

Ravens believe Ray Lewis tore his triceps and that Lardarius Webb tore his ACL today and both will need further testing to confirm. Haloti Ngata also suffered a sprained knee today.

Kevin Kolb underwent X-rays for possible broken ribs.

Brandon Lloyd injured his hip on a diving catch out of bounds on the final drive of the game.

DeMarco Murray has been diagnosed with a left foot sprain and will undergo an MRI tomorrow.

Rich Cimini is reporting that Bilal Powell will "definitely" miss at least one game due to a dislocated right shoulder. He'll have an MRI tomorrow. Joe McKnight also needs an MRI on his ankle.

Patrick Chung injured his shoulder today.

Cardinals S Kerry Rhodes hurt his back.

John Harbaugh confirmed today that Lardarius Webb suffered a torn ACL and will be done for the year and that Ray Lewis suffered a complete tear of his triceps. Jay Glazer reported earlier that Ravens doctors believed that he avoided a complete tear but even then was still likely to be lost for the season.

Packers have lost another LB for the season. D.J. Smith injured his ACL and it is believed to be torn.

The Lions have announced that Jahvid Best will not return this season due to his concussion problem.

Ray Lewis may have played his final NFL game according to to Schef'.

I say NBC should immediately fire Mr. annoying homer Rodney Harrison & hire Ray.

Has anybody seen Hines Ward in the booth now as well? He's a long, long, long ways away from being good.

Terrible. I like B-Dawk better, but he looks and sounds high most of the time.

I'd love to sit in on the tallks when these executives discuss who they should add to their networks in an on-air TV role. Some of their choices baffle me.

Harrison

Ward

Hugh Douglas - His rise up the ranks might be the most baffling

Jerry Rice

Sean Salisbury - I realize he doesn't do it anymore but he was one of the all-time worst hires

Terry Bradshaw - I actually get why some common fans like him but he drives me crazy

Jalen Rose - Yes, they allow him to discuss football now on the show he co-hosts (Numbers Never Lie)

Just to name a few.

I would hate to see Ray in the booth. I like him too much and going to the dark side doesn't fit with his personality. Ray is more of a motivator. His tone of voice and demeanor is not made for that type of TV. He would suck as an analyst IMO.

I'd add Herm Edwards to your list. Mike Ditka too. That guy can't even complete a sentence.

Ha. I had Ditka on the end of my list but I took him off and shouldn't have. It was just too hard for me to explain at the time. I like that he was a coach so he occasionally has SOME points that he can make but too many of his points, arguments, stances, etc., feel like they're only pertinent to 1980s-1990s NFL. That's not the greatest way to explain it but I tried to nail it as well as I could.
