I just hope once Smith and Abraham are back that we can make a run. Our conference schedule isn't as difficult as last year's. Hopefully we can put it together for the last half of the season. That or win the B1G tourny. If not I'd rather Hammond gets some PT for next year. Unless Pitchford develops some post skills we'll be fucked inside again next season.

Rivers fumbling the ball out of bounds was huge, then Petteway's half hearted rebound attempt was even worse. Both would have given us the ball in a 1 possession game. Just need to clean up the details and I like this team. It seems so much like last season, it'd be great if it didn't come down to that though.

Been a fan of the football Huskers all my 40+ years. Grew up watching Johnny Rodgers and other greats in 70's and 80's and loved'em since. Stayed with them through the tough years early 80's and the close calls under Osborne, then finally getting his natties. I assume you can be fan of team if you didn't go to that school? Always liked the style of ball they played.
