It's dumb, but I think everyone understands it. Seattle didn't think to have to trademark some of the more common things they used for the first 20 years of their franchise only to be raped by other entities. Now they are in a legal war over every variation of words that include the number 12 in it. It's entirely asinine, but welcome to the new world.
