Who would want that guy? I would love it if the Marlins would take him off the Giants hands.Belt?

Have you been tested for potential retardation?
Wow. That is a real weak class. I suppose Thome and his 600 homeruns would qualify; maybe Chipper Jones.

Belt?
If it was up to me I'd give him up in a heart beat. He is terrible. has a huge hole in his swing.career 126 OPS+, .358 OBP and plays good defense. I'd take him in a heartbeat.
Belt is a huge choker and strikes out way too much. he also refuses to hit the ball the other way so he's an easy out when he pulls those weak rollers into the shift.Have you been tested for potential retardation?
Belt is mediocre.Belt is good bro.

Better than all those ludicrous stats you posted. They can be twisted to show anything. As the adage goes, "There are three things that fools fall for; lies, damn lies and statistics". Count yourself among them.Brilliant analysis.

Next time choose your battles more carefully and you won't end up looking like such a fool. Brandon Belt? LOL!Whatever you say, cupcake.

Yes, that may help you improve your skills. You'll look foolish for a while like you did trying to go up against my superior skills but that will help you improve your own skills. Good luck! You're right, I should choose to battle someone that can actually make a coherent argument. My bad.
my biggest issue with a potential Stanton-Sox trade is that the Sox OF is already a strength and while Stanton is a top outfielder, it would most likely cost them at least one of those outfielders. I don't think there's as much upside in adding him than by acquiring someone else at another position. I think the Sox would be better off with someone like Santana to upgrade a position that was actually weak for them (1B). Santana wouldn't cost nearly as much and it wouldn't cost them prospects.
I dont know why the Sox wouldnt just sign Santana and JD, money is of no concern to them, and including Benediti (thats what it would take) in a deal for Stanton makes little sense to me
I'd rather do that. Martinez has been on par with Stanton offensively the last four years and Santana would likely represent a pretty big upgrade over what the Sox got at 1B last year. Only thing is, you'd have to either trade an outfielder (JBJ?) or get someone to take on Hanley's salary.
