Not if you have a entertaining bus driver (we did) and I take it you got bored, turned around and missed the winery at the end of the road.

If you like zip lines, I recommend Pi'iholo ranch zip line. We did this several years ago and it was the best zip line I have done in my travels. I highly recommend this. The people were suped nice and made the zipline experience that much better. The last run is awesome. You can check it out on youtube as well.

i stayed on the Hanna side for 3 nights in a rustic cabin at a state park. there was a black sand beach near. beautiful drive. after not seeing much civilization for days, it was nice to get to the western side of the island, where we spend another 3 nights.

The black sand beach was cool. The red sand beach was also pretty cool.

The road to Hana is great. Especially if you get off the path a little.
