To be honest, I always thought it was a slang term for something also know as Grundle, or Taint.

Yea i was going to mention that earlier but didnt. That episode made me fear being kidnapped more than you know! I remember Arnold chewing like 5 packs of gum at once to try to hide the alcohol on his breath.
