Well by year's end, barring a Minnesota upset, Wisconsin will be 10-2, and likely right outside of the top 10. Michigan State will likely win this weekend and should also beat Minnesota, meaning they'll be 11-1 if they face Ohio State in the B1G CCG, likely top 10 (they're almost right there now). That would mean we will have wins over 10-2 Wisconsin and 11-2 MSU, both of whom will be top 15.
Baylor beat Oklahoma, who is already 8-2 and behind both Wisconsin and MSU. Oklahoma also faces Oklahoma State still, who I imagine will beat the Sooners handily, meaning Oklahoma will drop down into the 20-25 range at least. That would mean they'll have wins over 10-2 Okie State (still will likely be top 15) and Oklahoma, who will likely be 20-25.
In summary, two top 15 wins for OSU (possibly even top 10 depending on what happens with Wisconsin), and only one for Baylor with another 20-25 ranked win.

neither of which would have a win over a ranked team themselves.
who said anything about tOSU? I was talking about a conference who has a CCG, and a team who couldn't even make it to that game getting a pass to the MNC
Wouldn't be surprised if BYU and Nebraska found themselves ranked by season's end.
Remind me who Bama beat in their conference championship again.
the BCS title game is not about the 2 best conference champions playing each other for the title.
it is about the 2 best teams playing for the title.
do you think alabama was one of the two best teams? if not, let's discuss it. if you do, this argument is over.

And Ohio St will still be behind in the computers.
as was said during the discussion yesterday about Florida backdooring its way into the game against OSU and winning (setting a bit of a precedent along the way), the end result does not justify how the team got there. Prior to that year with the bama vs lsu, round 2, all we ever heard was "You have to win your conference to play in the title game" (I know it wasn't always the case, but every sportscaster wanted it that way, until that year)
lol @ 25-0. i guess if auburn had gone undefeated they'd have no argument, beccause they be 16-9 over the last 2 seasons![]()
They aren't undefeated and you're already going to have your shot at Bama.....
it's just funny that people are implying last season should mean something in determining anything this season. ohio state is not "25-0"
they are 10-0 with no wins over top 15 opposition.
You sure have a hard on for tOSU. Are you mad the only time Auburn has mattered it cost someone $180k?it's just funny that people are implying last season should mean something in determining anything this season. ohio state is not "25-0"
