If we are being honest about it, DeVonta Smith is going to establish himself as the best WR in the league within the next 3 years.

Doesn't deserve to be on the list at all, lol.

"All of them and the next 90 too. Devonta is too skinny to play in the NFL."

Byard, but that is not a Smith thing. He should be a lot higher in the list in general.

Always tough to compare different positions and who knows exactly what these ranking are even specifically based on. Bitonio for sure should be ranked higher than Smith. Not really close IMO.

Metcalf is a better player. I'm not sure if the ranking is supposed to be based on the 2022 season only or just a ranking as of that date. Smith's stats were a little better in 2022 but Metcalf is better. Maybe Byard also. Sticking with his own team you can make a case for Bradberry having a better season but I don't think I'd call him a better player. It's all subjective so I'm in the who gives a shit camp for all of these lists. All in all I'd say Smith deserves to be right around where he was. He probably is the type of player to be just on or just off the list every year which is a pretty good feat. I'd say he's about a top 128 to top 160 player - top 4/5 guy per team on average.

Agreed, and I only singled out Smith out since he was the focus of the thread. The top 100 seemed kinda janky overall, but to each their own opinion. As you noted, difficult to compare different positions.

Looking back on it, was that LSU team the greatest college offense ever. Burrow, Chase and Jefferson.
Maybe the two best WR's currently in the league, and a top 3 probably QB.

Some Pro Bowl teams aren't as stacked as that college offense.

Not interested in the best receiver in football. Ok man, you are trolling.

He's a diva in the making. Has issues with his QB. And for as great as he supposedly is it sure hasn't translated into any sort of postseason success.
