Steroids aren't only for muscle building. First and foremost they promote body recovery, which allows someone to workout harder. Without the harder workouts it simply helps with recovery. Just because someone takes steroids doesn't mean they look like a body builder.

I'm aware of this, and if that's what it's for, it should be allowed in the NFL, when under a Drs. care.
