I will still watch, I will still root for them but my expectations are more about the draft than the playoffs.

Ezekial Elliot would be amazing in Dallas but I lost all respect for the kid calling out his coach after last weeks loss to MSU. But Dallas will probably be picking too high to get him there and to late to get him in the 2nd.

Just dont draft my boy Manakevich (LB) from Temple. Love the kid and would HATE to see him wearing the Star.
As an Eagles fan I'd be more worried about Dallas getting Joey Bosa than Zeke. Bosa would be like getting the next D Ware more than likely.

I'm not talking about next year until this season is over. All we need is more turnover luck and who knows how this season finishes.

Earl, you and I are firmly seated in the wagon. I won't get off of this wagon unless I'm pushed off of it, and even then I'm fighting to keep my seat.

I'm not giving up on the season, but we have seen that our backups just can't win games. They will keep them fun and close, but but can't get the win. I hope the team also doesn't give up. Washington winning this weekend really opened things up for the east.

Beating Washington would be a big lift for everyone

If Dallas wins and Giants lose this week a large portion of this fan base will be all in again. Besides the concern from Shark would be priceless.

I know we were mainly all pulling for the Pats to beat the Gmen a few weeks back and rightfully so. When it happened though, I posted be careful what u wish for out of the Gmen. I hate to say it but this sets up nicely for the Skins

The Giants have a rough schedule left. The Eagles have the easiest. Gonna be a fun finish to the end. I just don't want to finish 3rd

I can't even think playoff spot at 3-8... no matter how bad every team is in the NFC east has shown to be.

The injuries and flags are ruining the NFL this season. It makes me sick thinking about what could have been. Yesterday they kept showing the NFC playoff picture. It had who was in and who was in the hunt. 14 teams mentioned. Us and SF not mentioned.

I agree, but I also can understand Mansters thinking. 3-8 though with still hope is ridiculous in its on right. Under 500 records shouldn't be in the playoffs. The thing is I could see the Giants winning the East and for some reason I can see ELi hoisting his 3rd Super Bowl trophy.

The bad thing is next year we will likely be 10-5 heading in the final week needing to win for a spot. Crazy league now days.

Possibly but the Giants did take the Pats to the very end. I hate to say it but PE1 was right. Nobody in the NFC scares anyone else. The Panthers are 11-0 and I still think they are just a pretty good team. I thought Arizona was the best then they played SF yesterday. As you always say- week to week league

I suppose it depends on which day...

"There has been many seasons I knew Dallas had no shot at the SB, so i didn't care if they made the playoffs or not. Making the playoffs and losing is still not winning the championship"

"If a team make the playoffs ten straight years, goes 2-1 each year = 20-10 but no SB wins who really cares? Maybe Dallas has me spoiled from the 70's and 90's but losing in the playoffs isn't much better than missing them all together"

My experience has been it's about getting in and going from there. The cowboys of the 70's were all about the games played in the playoffs....the wins and most certainly the loses.

so are NE, Denver and Cincy scary? Funny you credit the king...

Parity through limited rosters with injuries is what the NFL has become.
Reasonable health trumps turnover ratios

I love to beat the skins every time we play. But I'd hate for us beating them to screw our draft position. Unless of course we can beat them in the last week and keep them out of the playoffs

I'm not worried about draft position to a team that traded three #1's and a #2 for the chance to draft RG3. We've been drafting better than the Skins the last 5 years from a lower slot anyway. Kick their ass twice, I'd rather the division go to a class act like Coughlin than the Skins anyway. That said, it wouldn't surprise me if the Cowboys were a game out of 1st after this coming weekend. Could easily see the Jets beating the Giants
