I think our park would be perfect for him. Plus the National League hitters would have to figure him out all over again. Plus, he would be an interesting complement to the other four starters.

I wouldn't have any problem with it. He could pitch until he is 60, if he really wanted to. That is the big question, though. It doesn't seem like he has the desire or need to pitch in the majors again.

Yeah, if I made $56 mill cumulatively in my career like he has, I might want to golf and fish a little bit, too. Maybe we could lure him back for the stretch if a certain wildly overpaid #5 starter isn't delivering for us.

I believe we had Hoyt Wilhelm for a bit well before the team moved to SF, and I'm not even sure sure he was a knuckleballer at the time.

I do not recall a knuckleballer on our squad ever.
