Also fielded some pretty good teams against TX Tech and OK State. Steers never had him on their schedule, alas.

Too bad he's not in Houston tonight, UTSA is going to beat them like a drum.

When / if TAMU wins the SEC and a National Championship with offense and no defense your statement could have some validity to it.

As of now :nono:

It already does, and next year they'll run through the SEC. All those players on the field last night making USCe look like high school boys are young, Texas just produces better skill position players than the deep south does. That's why bama and LSU recruit Texas so hard.

I think they lose 4 OL next year. One thing A&M has had since coming into the SEC is a great OL. If that changes, I doubt they produce at the same level. That OL was why I thought the offense would be very good this year. I do have to admit I thought it would be very good by mid-season and go through some early growing pains. That was clearly off

:L If you wish to bring down the stature of the SEC, obsessively talking about it isn't the way. Ya'll would be better off strategically ignoring it's existence or at least minimizing it. By being obsessive you just give it more importance and visibility. - Quit taking a sucker's approach. Think.

Until they win the SEC and a National Championship it doesn't. Since joining the SEC where have they placed in the SEC?

You have to bet aganst it stayign the same. Not because its A&M or Sherman recruited 3 top 10 NFL picks and several other draft picks, but because its been so good. Mean reversion hits every team. The bitch of it is you dont know when. Just like when Texas fans thought Mack could put in any QB and have success.

I like that the Cougs and Roadrunners are getting this much attention.

I prefer Florida athletes myself.

One good thing that Sleepy Sherman did was recruit good OL. Sumlin continues recruiting good OL. A&M is very deep with good OL. Sumlin is kicking ass with recruiting DL and DE and its really going to show in a couple of years.
