If we are talking basketball, remember the Lakers with Shaq and Kobe before they got Phil Jackson. They didn't win a dam thing, which proves no matter the talent level you have to play as a TEAM and play good defense to win a championship in the NBA.

...and the right coach to handle the egos. The Cavs' new coach is completely unproven in the NBA. It should be interesting to see how that team progresses.
