As for Tebow being a winner. IMO the Broncos defense forced TO's late in games and the most he could muster were three and outs for a game winning FG. I do and will give him credit for the best pass of his career in his playoff win.

You could be right in that he would fare no better, but I sure as hell would rather watch him than them.
I don't think we'd need a completely different offense with him any more than we would with Moore in. Moore has a complete noodle of an arm completely changing the makeup of the plays. There would be some tweaks (as in adding some zone read and zone read play action stuff, but you wouldn't have to rework the entire offense.
It's weird, I think I would take any of the Eagles back ups over any of ours.
