I've got a lb of ground beef thawed out, but I'm lazy and threw in a frozen pizza.

I've got some walleye thawing for tomorrow. If it were thawed tonight I wouldn't be so lazy.

I already had some and a buddy gave me a quart freezer bag full the other day.

I was on the food forum and someone mentioned cooking in tin foil. It sparked me into pulling some out and doing walleye with butter, garlic, and parsley in tin foil tomorrow. Wish I had it tonight tho...

Thank god ice fishing season is coming. My fish supply is dangerously low. Need to lay in a good supply of crappie, gills and perches. Hope I can get up north for some walleye too.

I've never had perch.
I've got about 9-10 gallon freezer bags full of fish. We've got some white bass; crappie; walleye and northern.
Them northern are a bitch to clean, but I'd put'tem right up thar with walleye fer eatin'. Very tasty beast's they are. Slimy bastids to boot.
I'm going to pull the boat out tomorrow, then comes the task of cleaning the hull & winterizing. What a bummer.

Perch are just like walleye, only smaller... and yellow. Good eatin'.

I never got my boat finished. Bought a camper and spent all of my boat fixin' money on it.

Bummer bout havin' to fix the boat. I understand "priorities", good sir.

We were at the lake last weekend and had a shitty weekend to boot.

We get there Friday night about 9:30-10:00; wifey turns on the heater and we unload what little we need to take. It's nice and warm till about 12 then I find that I've ran out of propane. :gaah: so I grab the comforter off the back bed and force the wife to snuggle with me :suds: still got cold though, me wife liked the covers more than I did that night.

Saturday evening around dusk we're setting and the dining table eating supper, watch football and all the sudden it's like somebody pulled the power plug. I got no 120VAC; No 12 VDC, no nothin'. So I said let's get packed up and head home, I'm not freezin' my ass off again tonight.

We'll head down there early in the morning with a voltmeter and do some trouble shootin'. Get figured out what we need; getter fixed and winterized.
