Currently between 12-18" at my house - wind has been blowing it sideways all day so it's really hard to tell how much. Never stepped out of the house all day.

We had that a little over a month ago where I live. My office is right across the street and it took me 6 hours to dig a path to my office from my front door.

I just spent $630 on an Epic Pass so I can travel almost 1700 miles a few times a year to get in on that snow you get. You'd better appreciate what you've got.

In the middle of an 8-10 inch rainstorm this weekend and today. Hopefully Mingo hasn't floated away.

Houston's rain totals have been described as "biblical"

Yes, but that was Power Flower Picking - where a stricter code is applied.

We are 4 days into some of the best rain storms we have had in a long time. We have rivers that haven't had water in them since I was little flowing with water and even having flood warnings. Throw in the rain while it is supposed to stop for a couple of days comes back with a vengeance this weekend. Have to see if I am still here come Sunday morning or not.

Last count I heard showed 24-30" of rain dumping on top of parts of Houston on Sunday and Monday.

Austin was lucky in comparison. We only got totals in the 7-10" range from what I heard, although two creeks did hit flood stage, so there could have been some locally higher totals.

We haven't reached those kind of numbers. We are pushing 5 inches at this point which for this area is huge. That sometimes is all we will get for an entire year so to have gotten it in a weekend is unheard of. Throw in we already had some great snow storms earlier in the year and more rain to come. Heck it is downpouring right now. I'm supposed to be leaving for a golf tournament in an hour and trying to figure out why they havne't already canceled.

No snow here. Rarely falls below 75. 88 right now. A bit hot for my taste, but I can just jump in to the crystal blue water at 80F year around to cool down.

LOL at cold people.

I'm SOOO grateful for all your unsympathetic wishes. :bullshit:

It really is ugly - wind driving snow sideways. Love living on Colorado 10 months of the year. You can have our March and Aprils though.

IDK...you might not want May either...once snowed on us driving in from KS...Mother's Day...no lie.

Crazy weather, but beautiful is COLO imo...Jun to Sept...as you can probably tell...I don't ski.

The sun is out, at least partially today, so all is well with the world. ;)

Headed to Tulsa tomorrow where the highs will be in the mid 80's for the rest of the week. Stay safe and dry to all of you who are getting all the rain.
