I figured out why Manning went to Denver

He has better WRs NOW. Julius Thomas and Wes Welker weren't there. Demaryius wasn't established. Eric Decker was a 2nd rounder from a small school.

I thought Decker went to Minnesota?

Manning has said that the potential of the two young receivers was something that definitely was nice but I would say a 3rd receiver named Brandon Stokley was a big part of why he came to Denver. It is reported that he called Stokley to ask what kind of organization the Broncos were and he gave rave reviews.

Thomas wasn't "established," but he was a 2nd-year WR with Tim Tebow throwing to him. Everyone knew he was a stud WR though. He was even drafted ahead of Dez Bryant.

And now he has Peyton Manning throwing to him. Thomas is probably somewhere in between.
