What happened to him ? He was always a sure bet to pickup 1-2 yards, if not more. If AA needs a breather or is out for any amount of time, we don't seem to have anyone to pickup the slack. He used to get the ball and just hit the hole straight ahead, and move the pile. Now he stutter steps and looks unsure, of what he should be doing. We need him to be able to step up, when they call his number. The kid from Texas was redshirted, because Cross was supposed to be able to carry the rock when needed, without much drop off. That's not the case right now.

I think Cross is trying to be too much like AA. There are times that the whole was there and instead of hitting it hard, he dances around. The guy needs to get back to just pounding the rock.

I Cross is a boulder that runs up to the north with proper blocking --kinda like a full back this guy is
