For sure it has to be better. The question is what is the ceiling. Both because of talent, and scheme/ playcalling

I guess we will see....

I want to back track to last week when you and I were discussing the whole Transfer Portal about QB's.
I don't have an issue with a kid coming in and giving them two years. I think that is whole difference maker.

The whole thing with Eason this year sucked for the simple fact he hadn't had actual live game action with these wide outs.
I believe there is a huge difference between reps at practice and live game action.

Again, there were two teams in the playoffs with first year transfer QBs. Some combination of Eason struggling and the staff not using him well were to blame, not his first year status.

Hate early season bye weeks, but before the Oregon game? Sure. Why not. Doubt they beat Michigan, but then two games to work on that offense and a bye week to install shit they won't be game planning us off film and get ready to punch the fuck out of them.

One mid season Friday night game and it's at home, then of course the AC on a friday. No back to back road games. Most key games are not back to back. I've seen worse.

Dylan Morris is going to work Michigan's defense.

I mean if you're asking which team between UW, Oregon, and USC is more likely to win their big OOC I'd say it's the Huskies, but I'd still expect all 3 to be losses to be honest.

Ducks get screwed on their bye. I mean before Cal lolz. After losing to UW btw. :dhd:

They have USC and ASU at home back to back and then road against WSU and road against beavs to end the season. If they have any real mid/late season injuries it could get rough.

Out of the big 4 teams in the big 12, Michigan is the beatable team. I think they've got a good shot.

Huskies are on a brand new first time HC and just brought in a new OC with a new offense and will be breaking in a new QB. I also need to see more from their pass rush and better LB play to consider them to be a big game threat next year.

Michigan is game 1. That's a tall order for all that newness.

All good points but Harbs has lacked the big game situation which has Michigan fans besides themselves. It'll be a good test for the Huskies and I think winnable.

Be a hell of a start if they beat Michigan and Whoregon to start the year, drop two top 10 teams ( you they'll over hype Michigan)
