I don't think #16 NU will get much poll mileage out of that win yesterday.

I was expecting them to jump 2 spots minimum, counting #15 Tex A&M and #11 Oregon St/#14 Stanford loser.

#11 Oregon St and #9 Louisville (surprise) will likely fall below NU.

Previous #18 UCLA (7-2) will probably jump them after hammering Arizona 66-10.

So I'd expect NU to get a net gain of one spot to #15

This is true, but this year that is not pertinent because there is no way we don't win the B1G and end up #14 or better in the BCS.....
