Been a while since I posted one of these... Here are some prospects that Nebraska is in on currently that look to have at least medium interest in Nebraska. Starting with highest interest and moving to least.
1. Noah Fant (3-Star, DE) [Omaha, NE] Noah is a bit of an enigma right now. Most pundits think he's a sure thing to Nebraska but he's held off on committing, at least for now. Fant has been camping trying to garner some more offers and even went to a Nike camp in Oregon where he impressed by putting up solid numbers. It's no secret that Fant would need to put on a good amount of weight at the next level but his athleticism and frame has many interested. Probability of commitment 90% (other players- Iowa and Vanderbilt)
2. Jojo Domann (3-Star, LB) [Colorado Springs, CO] Domann announced yesterday that he would be committing on June 26th to the school of his choice. Nebraska seems to be the right fit here. Domann has a great relationship with Avery Anderson and loves the Husker coaches and may have already been a silent commitment for a while now. Domann is either the #1 or #2 player in the state of Colorado according to most sites and would mark the second straight year Nebraska has pulled a top player from that state. Probability of commitment: 90% (Other players: Kansas State, Wisconson, Stanford)
3. Greg Simmons (3-Star, LB) [Fort Pierce, FL] Simmons has already visited Nebraska on his own dime. A visit that the recruit said was a "game changer." As a result of the visit Simmons decommitted from Miami and has been tweeting and obsessing over Nebraska stuff the weeks since. It would be a surprise if Simmons wasn't eventually N. The one thing that keeps the optimist at bay though is that he didn't pull the trigger right away. Probability of commitment: 85% (other players: Miami, Tennessee, Louisville)
4. Jack Stoll (3-Star, TE) [Aurora, CO] Stoll was supposed to make his decision last week but he put it off for the time being. His visit to Nebraska in June couldn't have gone much better. The TE prospect ranks as one of the top players in Colorado and has the frame to help at TE right away. Stoll has said he is down to two players for his services... Texas and Nebraska. Probability of commitment: 70% (other players: Texas)
5. Mykelle McDaniel (3-Star, DE) [Loganville, GA] Mcdaniel has visited Nebraska and loved it but also has an offer from in-state school Georgia. The Huskers have kept on the recruit and are also playing on his relationship with current Husker Mohammed Barry. It would be somewhat of an upset if Nebraska could pull McDaniel from the south but he has shown legitimate interest. Probability of commitment: 40% (other players: Georgia, South Carolina and Florida)
Other prospects to watch though their decisions are not coming soon: Matt Farniok (4-Star OT), Xavier Kelly (4-Star DE), Amani Bledsoe (4-Star DE), Isaiah Simmons (4-Star S), Michael Eletise (4-Star OG)
