Merriweather got hosed on the first call, much like Orakpo did, and the second call was less bs, but still wasn't that flagrant.

Your team lost, your qb is brittle, and your defense is worse than ours, which is saying a ton considering the redskins were historically bad through three games.

His suspension will be reduced bc one of the refs called his hits legal. He'll get on game and a reduced fine, and be on the field just in time to continue to take terrible angles to ball carriers, whiff on tackles, fail to wrap up, and preen after a hit he puts on a wr who just secured a first down on third and long.

Those two, especially the one on Marshall were SOOO avoidable. I hate the new rules as much as anyone, but holy hell. Those two would have been called in ANY ERA.

He clearly made a concerted effort to launch with the crown of his helmet and torpedo into Marshall's head. A no brainer flag. Even 20 years ago.

Cutler has started a higher percentage of his games than Tom Brady and Peyton Manning in all of their careers, behind the worst offensive line football over the past four years. He's gotten beat to hell.

It has nothing to do with ONE game....he has consistently been a head hunter from the start.

That's not the call. The call was contact to the head of a defenseless receiver. It didn't matter if it was the helmet or the shoulder or the forearm.

He was also on the ground when he made contact.
