An interesting note is that according to the coaches and teammates, Terrell is actually faster than Thomas.

I don't know how this is possible being that Earl covered so much territory, but obviously football intelligence and reaction time is something ET excels at.

For as great of a player Thomas is and has been through out his career, it is notable that this has been his worst year. There have been a few coverage issues, and some problems wrapping up and taking poor angles in tackling that we had not seen very often in the past. It leads me to believe that he has been battling various other minor injuries that have not been reported that have affected his play.

It will not matter if Thomas is out and the D allows another TD or two as with Britt you will get your 40 and will be able to overcome the less talented defense

True, you can't rely on one player because injuries are gonna happen... Every team has certain guy's that are just tough to replace... But that's football, you gotta move forward and trust in your depth ...

I think you're wrong. Seattle is a fast and good tackling scheming D that requires players anticipating and being in the right spots. We've already seen this when Kam was out. We saw Sherman freaking out on guys not being in the right spots and calling the right defense. Seahawk fans have been on here telling us all how the D hasn't been as good because of injuries. Bennett is back and that would've helped a lot. But ET was their leader. They don't have anyone on the roster that fits his mold. There will be a let down. Does that mean they go from an A level team to a B? I guess we'll see?
