Thought this was interesting.. not only is Tebow gettin1.36 i think it was .. for the two years.. if he sticks around.. the Jets owe the Broncos more then that this year alone for their Tebow debacle.. its almost worth it to keep him around to rub it in the Jets 4 times a year...

checked the numbers again :

Jets owe Broncos 1.53 million this year..

Patriots owe Tebow 1.36 million if he sticks around for the whole two years.

Basically what Tebow is making is pretty close to the minimum given his experience, so I'd take a game check. 40k or so at a real rough guess?

If is a big word in the NFL. I don't think if really applies to Tebow. I think Belichick has something specific in mind and McDaniel is going to implement it. If you remember, Tebow never really got to do what they wanted him to do in Denver. Josh wasn't happy with Elway and Elway canned him.

They'll try a piece of it in preseason and if that goes well, then McDaniel will crank it up if there's a need during the season. Tebow will also push Mallett to be a better QB.

Ken nice to hear from you! I agree I think there is a plan in place to use him.. even if its for 4 games against the jets just to rub it in it would be fantastic.. we have to keep those Jests in their place..

I have seen in other posts.. on the 49ersw side where they again are predicting the decline of the Pats.. JDM and myself seem to some of the few other on that thread that are pretty stoked about this season.
