When everything is working for him, Dalton can get it done.

The playoff losses weren't entirely his fault. Marvin Lewis was a coach who was all about X's and O's and completely disregard character building. It takes a certain type of men to teach men. All while he was stuck in the early 2000's with his defensive schemes ( particularly LB's who can't cover ) and was too old school to adjust to the modern game.

All I see is Dallas continues to have a top-tier O-Line. That should be good enough for him to attempt a career revival.
