How is Kansas a top 10 team right now?

Okay, they crushed Kansas State and Texas at home, but that broke a 3-game losing streak - 1 of them being to the Big 12's worst team. I'm sure if any other team had losses like that, they wouldn't be ranked top 10 a week later.
