It appears last years draft is somewhat legit. What do you guys think the overall legacy of the draft class will be?

I agree with @bksballer89 ...Tbd

I think Simmons, Ingram, Heild, Dunn will be good to great in a few Seasons.

I like Baby Sabonis and wish we could have seen his Dad in his prime.

I hope Dragan Bender will be the next Porzingis. Because really, with a name like that, the marketing and endorsement potential would be limitless.

I truly believe Skai should stay in college. But, somebody will draft him in the lottery based on potential and then will regret it.

I would love it if my Team drafted Gary Payton 2, because he is tenacious and could stop us from being torched every game by the opposition's backcourt.

Yes I'm talking about this past draft. I can see a lot of perennial all stars in that draft. Anthony-Towns, Okafor, Booker, Russell, Porzingus, plus some that are still developing like S. Johnson, Winslow, Mudiay, etc.

I think Booker has scoring champ written all over him.

Most of the 2nd round picks been disappointing except Josh Richardson

Yeah but most drafts are defined by the first round anyway. If you can make an all star career out of the second round then that's on the scouts.

Porzingis, Mudiay, Russell, KAT, Okafor, Booker have star potential.

Richardson, Winslow, Jokic have turned a corner and have been playing great the last few weeks.

Winslow and Richardson's contributions can't be graded by looking at the stat sheet.

Portis and Turner have shown flashes of being on their way...

I also.like McConnell. But, don't trust guys thAt play well in Philly.

I think it was a good draft overall......so far.

I know from watching McConnel at Arizona that he will never take what opportunity he has for granted. His heart and effort is not surpassed by anyone. He has a good chance of making a productive career for himself. Dude is at 100% intensity and focus 100% of the time.

Some guys overachieved...Booker, Nance Jr.....even though he was the #4 pick, Porzingis did way more than I expected.

Some guys have not gotten any burn, Looney , Hollis Jefferson..injury......Rj Hunter, Oubre Dnp coaches decision...

So, the jury is still out. But, it looks good.

I like him.

I just hope Philly stops reshuffling the deck and give these guys time to grow.

WCS is pretty good too, 26 points off the bench last night. He's not gonna be a 20ppg guy but can get around 12-15ppg with 10-12rpg and 2bpg. His jumper and offensive game outside of lobs/putbacks has been better than I expected and he's very active on the floor especially defensively. I think he can contend for a future DPOY, but that'll depend on if the Kings can become a better defensive team around him.

I think it was a solid draft class. 2016 has potential to be better, IMO.

Towns, Porzingis and Booker all have the makings of special players.

I am not sold on some of the others mentioned. Russell, Mudiay and Okafor at this point have a lot of work to do before they can be mentioned In the same breath as the top 3. Personally, I don't think their ceilings are nearly as high as some on here believe.

Okafor is a post scorer, but I am not sure he has the defensively ability to be a franchise center.

Mudiay is getting better, but has big efficiency issues. I see his upside as Tyreke Evans, and I don't mean that as a compliment. You almost never see players like him with featured roles on good teams.

Russell could go either way. He has the potential to be special, but I am still unsure if he is best suited to play the point or to be off the ball. He can score, that is for sure.

Ehm...

Other than Ingram and Simmons, 2016 looks weak as shit.

2015 was not that good.

3 players at the top. Ingram, Simmons and Hield could be just as good.

I didn't watch a ton of CBB this year, but from what I've seen, give me Hield.
He'll fall simply because he's a senior, but I respect a person who would have been a lotto pick last year but chose to come back to try to win a college championship.
He looks like a 20-25ppg NBA player.

Wish like hell that the Thunder could get Hield. He was the much better player in the head to head game with Simmons and is ready to make the jump right now.
