How fast was Eric Dickerson?

Not as fast as Darrel Green. I remember being astonished at Green running down Dickerson from behind after Dickerson had a 7 or 8 yard head start and a full head of steam.

Darrel Green was a DB and could fly no doubt. He wasn’t 215-225

Granted that WRs are faster than RBs (and HOF corners even faster than that), Dickerson was an absolute beast in his prime. Amazing combination of speed, power and agility. Top 5 all-time, IMO.
