how do you keep your wort cool?

My basement has never been above 65ºF. In the summer I ferment down there in winter I ferment upstairs since my basement will get down to the mid to low 50's. Te mps really aren't much of an issue for me.

I realize this probably isn't what you were looking for, but it is how I ferment.

To cool it to pitch yeast, or do you mean to keep it cool for fermentation?

Now though, I just keep it chilly for a few days after brewing.
