How do you feel about Subway?

As for the food, it will do in a pinch. Nothing to go out of my way for.

True story: In the 8th grade my social studies teacher asked this girl when the war of 1812 was fought.

She didn't know and couldn't guess it.

She was already 16 at the time, and I never saw her in highschool. She was decently looking I guess, no doubt ended up as a trailer trash wife.

Subway used to be a fast, fresh, economical treat. Something changed along the way of them becoming the #2 fast food chain in the world. They are no longer economical, nor fast, and they a FAR from fresh. It tastes like all of the fresh vegetables that they used to be known for come out of a vacuum sealed bag now. They've actually become quite disgusting.

I think they are pretty good. I have a Jimmy Johns and subway right next to my work and I get the JJ's probably 3:1 tho.

Jersey Mikes is better than Subway here in TN.
Blimpies back in VA, they used Boars Head meat.

Just fucking nasty. Their bread sucks; their meat is slimy. They're basically sandwiches for people with no money and low expectations. Of all major chain fast food, they're the absolute worst. Honestly, if someone tells you they like Subway, you should immediately discount everything they have to say thereafter.

Their shitty subs are almost $9 for a 12 inch now. I can go down to the supermarket and get something similar with more meat for half of the price. I'm not talking about just buying the ingredients either, I'm talking about a made sub sandwich.

Publix subs are awesome. I wish I still lived near one.

As far as lunch meat in general goes Boar's Head London Broil roast beef is probably the best I've had. I'll usually put it in a sandwich with cheese, tomato, lettuce, red onions, and horseradish sauce. Good stuff.

I'm not sure that really makes her all that different from a lot of people though. I mean, it was a multi-year war so technically 1812 isn't the right answer.

Decent. I don't eat much fast food so it isn't saying much when I say favorite fast food place.

In canada, whole bunch of burger joints but only Subway and Quiznos for subs and i can't stand Quiznos.

Thank goodness I live in a place that offers many better options than places like subway or other fast food joints...and the funny thing is, most, if not all of them are so much better quality wise, but also pretty comparable price wise....even the mom & pops.
