well for me it depends on the keeper rules
which draft round a player costs..when drafted etc
how many can be kept
can you keep players who are drafted in first few rounds....

we keep all our players its a full keeper we only draft the new crop of rookies coming back and what ever guys are thrown back as we have 45 player and have to trim our rosters to 40 at seasons end. We start 19 total guys each week between the IDP players.

it is a bad trade but i can defend it... RBs are much less deep than WR, you have always been able to get more for a RB...

i actually like the Miller/Patterson end of the deal, assuming that Welker is being traded because that team already has good WR depth.
Miller/Patterson could become monsters in a season or two, which is right about the time that Peyton will be finishing up his career. Also, I'm not sure you will be able to get Patterson if you wait on him in a full roster keeper league

If this is that keeper league I like the Miller side better than the Welker side.................seems to me like Miller is starting to look a lot better and if the Fins can keep games close he will start doing something with those touches. Welker is Welker but how much longer will he be able to keep this up?
