Agree with some others, if they cheated then at least they have something to show for it.

oh

yeah, i remember that.

he also played for the panthers, cards, and chiefs. chide them too!

HAHA, no no. Pats are in the club with Dallas now, lots of name recognition. It wears me out when some NFL vet who played in Dallas for a season or two of their 10+ year career does something wrong and news report them as "ex-Cowboy" or their photo they show is in a Dallas uniform. Now you get to enjoy that pain too!

It's fun when Ray Lewis is found not guilty of murder then Patriot fans constantly refer to him when attempting to tarnish the Ravens.

Almost as if Aaron Hernendez (actually guilty of murder) and being tried for a second murder didnt happen.

3..2..1.. Attack my profile pic and go.

It seems like a new angle on the story keeps coming up on Deflategate, like this one where the Ravens warned the Colts before their playoff game that the Pats were juicing the footballs.

That comes off as telling in two ways. First it does lend credence to the idea that the Pats were doing something with the balls. If it was physics or the refs the Ravens would have noticed it from all opponents in all games and second it makes the Ravens sound like sore losers...

Not true at all, he was drafted by the Pats and played 6 seasons for them.... even finished his career with them.

edit: and that's out of the 11 seasons he played

It's to the point where everybody will be wondering, "I wonder how they're cheating this time?"

It seems like a new angle on the story keeps coming up on Deflategate, like this one where the Ravens warned the Colts before their playoff game that the Pats were juicing the footballs.

We now have Deflategate and Spygate as permanent chapters on this dynasty's resume. One has to wonder how the Patriots will be remembered? In the age of social media and the internet in general, I don't see this getting swept under the rug like the Steelers of the 70's roiding up, or the Niners of the 80's legwhipping, or any number of cheating by previous dynasties. This has been etched in the mantle of NFL history. You can be sure ESPN will be running specials on this over the next 30 years.

This has to be difficult if you're a Pats fan. I think it's probably the same dilemma SF Giants fans had with Barry Bonds: you have this great athletic accomplishment that is now tarnished, and as a fan you have to take a side: either for or against your guy. Most Giants fans cheered loudly and boisterously for Bonds in the eye of the Balco shitstorm as a defiant support for their guy while the rest of the public was soberly opposed to him. We're seeing the same thing from Patriots fans now while the rest of the NFL fans have a much simpler, straightforward perception of them, but I'm not naive enough to believe any other fanbase would take a higher road than NE's has, honestly.

Just look at the responses to this article from a week ago in the Boston Globe where an author basically echoes the common belief of the other 31 NFL cities. People don't want to believe this so bad that they insist on not believing it at all. Pretty soon Pats apologists will join the ranks of 9/11 deniers.

The Steelers of the 70's roiding up? Oh, you mean when steroids weren't illegal and half the league was taking some sort of steroid?? When a sizeable contingent of the league's players, particularly linemen were juicing, and the Steelers still kicked everyone's sorry ass??

Steroids became a "thing" initially, with the Chargers teams in the 1960's. Git yer shit together, junior

you said he played 10 years and ended his career here. both grossly incorrect.

No, my point is the patriots have murderers and rapist on their teams also.....

As in Villa and Hernandez.... ya know like you named Lewis and Rice on the Ravens.

I know your thought process has been slowed from drinking the brady cool-aid, but damn
