I'm a swimmer. So with pools shut I make do with our elliptical unit. Sopranos re-runs...

Never lifted a weight in my life, refuse to jog, etc.

Actually losing a wee bit of weight too.

Even with an additional brew a day. 3 now on weekdays.

Also, some days I have a beer, some days I don't, some days I have two. Right now I have an 11.7% beer, so not having more than 2.

I don't like heavy beers or thick beers. I'd normally have 2 after work.

But now it feels like 3.....

What you recommended. Squats and push ups. 50 each.

I liked your recommendation, as it did affect the upper and lower body.

Next time, I think I'll add crunches.

Same here. I had a nasty abdominal surgery and wont do crunches any more.

I tried this today.

All of these are hard. Especially the side ones. I don't have the greatest form on this one yet.

The trainers in this video have perfect form. No way can I do these for 3 minutes straight.

Definitely need breaks in between most of these.

Thanks, it's a good addition to the squats and pushups.
