:wtf:

Are you high?

Where have I made any sort of threat to your getting a ban. I seriously demand you show me that right now.

I said if you are going to continue to be an elitist ass I'm going to keep calling you out on it. There is no threat of a ban anywhere in that. NONE. Total and complete horseshit.

As for who said what when, post the links because you got that all out of order and backward. I believe when I was talking about cano and seager it was in response to seattlecoug, but I'd have to double check that. It wasn't in response to you.

I do love that YOU get to be the authority on what EVERYONE else knows though. If I feel like making a counter claim that Cano and Seager are going to come out of their slump I'll surely do so. Whether you approve of it or not.

All I've said is I'm going to wait until mid-May to evaluate this team. If they are still sucking bad after the all-star game then yes I will probably more or less stop watching, except for Felix starts here and there. And before you insult me with the bandwagon shit again, I don't fucking care.

There is a lot that can happen between now and mid season. Maybe it gets worse. I don't expect it can, but who knows. Saying I'm frustrated with this start, but in no way am throwing in the towel at this point shouldn't be considered being overly optimistic and yet here we are.

Please stop poking at them. What is wrong with you? This is super fucking annoying. I like both NWAZ and Cezero we have good baseball conversations both agreeing and disagreeing and we do it in a civil manner. I just wish they didn't engage in this stupid argument with you. WizardHawk you are acting just as bad, stop begging them to argue with you. Calm the fuck down!

Wiz wasn't the one to start this argument, but it's not in his nature to to avoid conflict. You know it's not a good thing to call folks bandwagon fans ( as if the Mariners have ever been good enough for that) . There is a active theme here to discourage any hope that just maybe the Mariners could be better. Yeah, I know...they have sucked for a decade. Also seems to be a active effort to discourage newbies from posting here by calling them bandwagon fans, overly hopeful, ill informed ect. Only those that conform to "the Mariners will suck forever, there can be no hope" are welcomed everyone else's get mocked. Just my take of course, but that's how I see it.

I am ready for him to be called up soon. Loved Miller in the minors and in his rookie year, but he just makes too many bonehead plays on defense and at the plate. Taylor much more consistent, but not spectacular.
I agree about Taylor.

Here's a new piece by Ryan Divish about Miller's work at SS, with some comments from LMC:

Pregame notes and lineups for Saturdays game against the Rangers | The Seattle Times
*** With the exception of a mental mistake on a cutoff throw/covering second base against the Dodgers, Brad Miller has been better defensively at shortstop this season. He has yet to be charged with an error and beyond that, he’s looked more confident at shortstop. His footwork has been better, which leads to more accurate throwing. We haven’t seen too many of the wayward throws from a hurried Miller trying to throw it 100 mph to first base.

“He’s played very well,” McClendon said. “He looks much more relaxed out there. He made a nice play in the hole yesterday. He’s making every play a shortstop should make. He’s been very accurate with his throws. I’ve been very pleased.”

I see, so it's all my fault right? :L

It takes two to tango and in this case it was a 3 way. Ok, poor choice of words :puke:

I just don't take kindly to thinly veiled insults, direct name calling, and elitist belittling rhetoric. I'd stand up if that stuff was happening to you as well so it's not about who it's directed at.

Acting just as bad? Sure. I've never denied being an asshole at times. That's kind of the difference. If you want to be an elitist jackass just own it. Don't profess to be something you are not.

If you all want to talk baseball, then by all means do so. As long as these posts keep going up I'll keep on responding. Kind of that easy. See I don't mind conflict or back and forth. Just be able to take as much as you give.

I really don't care who started the argument I don't condone either side. That isn't my point.

No you don't see. It's not all your fault but you do shoulder part of the blame.

I guess the view from the dugout is different from the one on TV. I still see a sidearm throw now and again that dives into the dirt that LoMo has to dig out on a routine play.

0-7 in night games? Glad they don't play many of them throughout the year.

National anthem performed tonight by a choir from Carrolls Elementary in Kelso.

----------------

My neighboring city back home. Pretty cool for that area.
Very cool.

Some of my students from my school's JROTC program made the 5 hour drive to Safeco to present colors last week. It was a really special moment for them. Hope the kids from your neck of the woods have a great performance.

Nice. Not the sharpest start, but Felix gets it done.
