You can cost yourself a lot of power doing any motion by using poor form, after all.

That explains it a bit for NHL prospects, but not in general. Most folks never learn proper pull up form, and what to do with their shoulders. You can cost yourself a lot of power doing any motion by using poor form, after all.

this describes my golf game very succinctly. You can cost yourself a lot of power doing any motion by using poor form, after all.

44 is around the time when you need to worry about your Colon.Speaking of poor conditioning how does this guy get a strained oblique?
Braves put struggling starter Colon, 44, on DL

To explain the pull up conundrum, the reason some people can do them and others can't is mostly because the people who can't do them don't know how to. If you don't keep your shoulder blades drawn in (and if the muscles in that part of your back aren't strong enough to keep them there, even if the rest of your muscles are plenty strong), you'll cost yourself all your strength and won't be able to do any, or at least not many.
Usually they use a camera for that sort of thing these days.Yes sir and for me 44 is getting further and further in the rear view mirror.

He's from Calgary, he isn't used to this new-fangled city slicker shit.
I'm still waiting to hear back on that typewriter repair opening I applied for...
I actually have a friend who owns a typewriter and uses it to write stories for passers-by in public for ten cents a piece. He's gained local fame for doing it, too.
sounds like youve perfected your time machine, science boy!
