I would say it would happen if no teams got better but tere a lot more top dogs out there now

Another interesting thing about the Lakers since their last title.

The last three teams to end the Lakers' season ended up winning the West.

Let's see if that three-year run happens in the East/to Miami.

It's amazing how identical Miami's run has been close to the Lakers. I just can't see this Heat team being swept though. Dallas was a near perfect storm in 2011 and everything clicked at the right time for them. Not saying the Heat are going to stopmp through the East, or not going to be beat.

No way you could sweep the Heat. Beat them in 7 game series maybe, but a sweep would be impossible.

It's definitely not a given. Ray Allen saved all of you Miami people's butts this year. Next year we'll see if he can do it again.

Nothing is impossible. Injuries en sech do happen, you know. If you lose 1 or 2 or your main 3 I don't see Miami getting past the first round of the playoffs. Look what happened to Okie City this past year.

As long as we have LBJ or Bosh and a 1 or 2 seed I think we can make it out of the first round. We would probably get swept the next round though
