Soroko 10-1 2.24 era and 1.04 whip
shaw is the only thing keeping keston from being a full time guy. hes up again, but shaw is starting to hit in AAA.
Milwaukee Brewers: Is it time for Travis Shaw to return?
In 21 games with the San Antonio Missions, Shaw owns a .279/.419/.544 slash line with six homers and 15 RBIs. But he’s done most of his damage in the last few days. Since July 11th, Shaw has three homers, 10 RBIs, and a .438 batting average. That certainly sounds a lot more like the Shaw that put together back-to-back 30+ homer seasons in 2017 and 2018.
i know. i stashed him in fantasy at draft.Since 7/12 Hiura is 14 for 23 , .609 2 HR and 7 RBIs in the Majors
i know. i stashed him in fantasy at draft.
but shaws more expensive. he cant sit in AAA. shaw was the reason he was sent down earlier.

Bryan Reynolds is slashing .340/.413/.520 and nobody is talking about him for rookie of the year. He doesn't have the power numbers of Alonso but he's a top of the order guy for the Pirates and is a pretty solid outfielder
i agree, but they already did this once. keston was mashing when they sent him down...for...shaw.Brewers optioned INF Travis Shaw to Triple-A San Antonio.
The Brewers couldn't justify keeping top prospect Keston Hiura in the minors anymore and Shaw was the collateral damage. The 29-year-old hasn't performed up to expectations this year, batting a tepid .164 with six homers and 69 strikeouts in 181 at-bats. Shaw could return if Hiura falters, but right now, there's no room at the inn for him.
no way they recall him unless someone gets hurt
He past today? Was today going slow? And what a coincidence, seeing as I read that he passed away yesterday...Ernie Broglio...my bubby, past today. 3.74 era in 257 games.
RIP Ernie.
Bryan Reynolds certainly has my attention and our pitchers have got to face him next week in Pittsburgh.
