I'll tell ye what though, I could squat as much as any of those fuckers in that weight room.........they all made fun of me for me upper body.........but when I was squating 3 plates on each side, that shut them the hell up.
The thing about abs.......if you want a 6-pack, it has more to do with burning the fat that's covering the abs up.
Every person alive has a 6-pack underneath that flab.........but only about 5% of people can show it.
Ab workouts will not burn that fat, because targetting fat is impossible..........but it will make your abs bigger. The trick is making them bigger, and burning the fat that's in the way at the same time.
After me and me gf broke up I spent about 2 years researching and perfecting workouts to build the ultimate body..........mainly because I was bored and I just wanted to get ripped and then see her again sometime.
I was ripped for a while, but now I'm just back to being a kind of active person who drinks a lot and eats whatever I want.
Getting that ultimate body requires eating the right food at the right time of the day, doing the right amount of exercise, saying goodbye to pop and alcohol, and getting on a good sleep schedule.
I didn't care about no womenz for quite a while after me and my girl broke up..........I just knew that I couldn't jump back into a different relationship that fast, so I hung out with my broz instead that I wasn't able to hang out with all those years while I was in that relationship.
