Okay tonights game is open to the public. Islanders season ticket holders have been given free tickets. All other tickets cost 10 bucks with the proceeds going to the Islanders foundation.

Winger Rhett Rakhshani suffered a concussion last night. I have no idea how long he's going to be out.

Anders Nilsson will be making his 1st start of any kind in North America tonight for the Islanders. I'm just happy Koskinen won't be between the pipes. He reminded me of Dipietro last night, 7 goals on 13 shots. Yikes.

On the Islanders fan site they said Spooner was the best Bruins player by far. So you were definately right about him. Koskinen made the baby B's look really good I guess because the Isles apparently carried the play for most of the game.

Very true... I don't feel I am going overboard when I say the Isles will be dangerous very soon. They've been a bottom feeder in the Atlantic division and the conference for a while now. They very well may make the playoffs this season, and if not I definitely see them doing it next season. They found their identity with this new team last season, I see the chemistry just going up from there. Good luck this season bro.

Thanks. You too. Although after winning the Cup their really isn't anywhere to go, but down. It's not going to be easy with a target on thier backs all season. It's going to be interesting to see how the Bruins handle it.
