Dunno. That might be the one thing that influences KC to stay. OF course it depends on whom he replaces him with. BTW, if Bruce was to be fired, it would have already happened. He will be on board for 2018.Voted fire Bruce Allen as well, but even if Snyder does, Kirk is done with this organization.

He is hiding in a cave with blinders on. Now, its a multimillion dollar cave, but the likes of you and i having any influence on Danny is very remote. This team is his play thing. And having fun with it and making money are the 2 most important things to Danny. So he is going to surround himself with those that can help with either of those causes. Consequently, he usually just has yes men around him or arm candy. He has no real arm candy for him on this team right now, which is concerning. If Danny really doesn't realize the ENTIRE fan base to include at least one of his players wants Allen gone, then he is hiding in a cave with blinders on. Make the move Snyder...
without KC we are the browns , be damn clear about that maybe the colts , throwing 3 picks in a meaningless game doesnt change thatWell I wouldn't break the bank to sign KC. The only way Cousins should be in Washington next season is at a reasonable price. The last 2 seasons we have lost to the G man and in each game ended with KC throwing INT's. KC is ok but he will never be more than what he really is.
More importantly we need to clean house form the FO down to all the coaches. Gruden and his staff is not the answer but they will be back next yr and we will continue to wallow in mediocrity. Many feel Gruden should get a pass b/c of the injuries "I DON"T". The last 2 yrs I have seen the same mediocre team without all the injuries.

So when was the last time you thought the Redskins might be headed in the right direction???

Shark and Skindad I knew you two was going to come out defend K C LOL. Skindad let's be clear that INT vs the Giants early this yr was certainly a meaningful game and the game before that (Carolina) was also. Look I see KC as an average QB NOT and elite one. He's average and I don't think average should be paid elite money. We should make an reasonable offer. If he decline we should move on. Some of you have really severely overrated KC. He misses to many open WR's on to many dam occasion. That’s unacceptable. Let's talk about something really important. Winning big games!!!!!! Putting up all those pretty numbers etc is ok but a good QB will carry his team to a win especially in big games and that's the difference for me. The last 3 yrs I have seen the same old average shit and next yr schedule is no softy. If we keep both Gruden and KC I see the same old stinky shit again.
The hiring of SM.
No matter what happens with SM, our FO is one of the worst in the league. The evidence speaks for itself. The overriding issue with this team is a cultural issue that flows down from the top.It will be interesting to see who was right after all the smoke clears. The Redskins FO for firing SM for still having a drinking problem that affected his job performance, or the fans who loved SM and think the FO is trash, and SM got screwed!
As of today…SM is still not working as a GM for any NFL team. And, there are MANY TEAMS who desperately need help in improving their roster.
If SM is not hired as a GM this off season, will you still feel the same about the Redskins FO?

Of course he would like a winner. But not at the expense of him having people he doesn't have compete control over. In short, yes men. People that never bucks what danny thinks is right. The problem with this franchise is Danny. Every other issue is just a symptom of this problem. He may be taking a low profile to the public, but I would bet my bottom dollar that he still is pulling the strings behind the scene. What they did to SM is just a latest in a long line of tricks dan has done to people associated with this franchise that fell out of favor with dan. And I was not completely sold on SM, but you don't treat anyone the way he has treated many people. And that does not go unnoticed by the rest of the league. Why would anyone come here to work if you had other options? Think of all the people he fucked over during his ownership. Many who's careers never recovered. From coaches, scouts and players. The first 10 years or so of the Dan Snyder era, I would absolutely agree. Dan, didn’t know how to make his childhood favorite team, an NFL winning franchise. But, in the last 7-8 years Dan has backed off, and let the NFL people in his FO work on making changes to build his organization into a winner… Just my honest opinion.
Of course he wanted to be like Jerry, and have that special relationship with his franchise QB (Romo)…unfortunately, the RG3 fiasco didn’t work out as planned.
You think Dan doesn’t want a winner? I would strongly disagree if that’s your belief j_y19.
