No idea (don't even know what access is)... What I would do is just torrent it (however it is illegal). And it's a little on the complicated side to someone who is a noobie at that kind of stuff.. But download what I sent you and test it out.

For most apps the trial version is essentially the real version just with limitations or expiry dates of a certain period like 10 days for example. Throw on a crack or whatever and it'll lift all that junk. Of course if you're unsure about viruses scan before hand.

Also some apps have legit free versions as well.
