Thats not fair man. He cant do everything on the court and exert mind control over the refs too.

Then he should just play his game and quit calling himself The King and Superman. When you start telling everyone that you are Jesus Christ, people expect you to raise the dead back to life.

All things put aside - Lebron should have seen how closely the ref's were calling the game and he should have made adjustments and he didn't - Thats a sign of a weak player. I have seen Shaq in the same position in their 2nd and 3rd championship runs - and even Phil Jackson told Shaq to stfu and stop being a bully - make adjustments, play some finesse and be smart

30 fouls for Lebron in the playoffs

That's more than I would have guessed... My apologies for the foul statement... I won't bring up again, until he goes 3 games with no fouls again... Fair enough...?

How different this series could have been if the Pacers didn't blow it in that game... they should be up 3-1.

My bet is the Heat make a statement Thursday night and blow Indiana out.

IJS - what happened tonight may not have ever happened in the history of the league playoffs.

I just don't get how ANYONE can reasonably say that the team whos top 3 players nearly all foul out was not more adversely affected by bad officiating than a team who's top 3 players were not.

Fouls aren't the only bad calls that were made.

Where exactly did he play like a bully? The only way he could have adjusted was by not challenging the shooters. Most of his fouls were ticky tack or no calls.

Uh...I am a Heat fan and I said a couple of games back they were trying to foul out the starting 5 for both teams.

This is where you Heat fans are sounding stupid and ignrant - Over the weekend everyone knows that the NBA front office was scrutinizing the dirty plays on both sides and especially Wade since he has a history. Common sense and your good memories from past series in the finals should have told you that they were going to tighten down on the calls and a stop to some of the shit that was going down. A smart coach would have made adjustments and caught the other team off guard. Tonight that was Indiana even though they weren't that much smarter then Spoelstry.

His "followers" called him "The King" and he stuck with it. Kinda like a nickname that stuck with you when you were little.

That makes a whole lot of sense TLF since dirty plays and and regular fouls are exactly the same thing!

Shaq Oneal admitted on the Tonight Show with Jay Leno when asked about his Va Boom Move. Shaq had him come up and guard him from his back and Shaq then took his big fat ass and showed Leno how he uses his fat ass to knock the opponents to the floor when the refs are at the wrong angle to catch it and he sent Leno flying to the floor. This is what got him into foul trouble against Sacramento that year and Phil told him to stop the bullying and make adjustments. Shaq did that, Sacramento didn't notice the changes and went on to foul Shaq with Hack-A-Shaq tactics that failed

Thats great TV stuff. I was wondering where Lebron was being a bully and getting called for it.

True. But those fouls undoubtedly cost the Heat more than they did the Pacers. This is not something we've ever seen before.

I've never seen a game officiated that poorly, and that slanted. Typically you'll see bad calls at key points of a game. In this game, we saw horrible calls from the get go.

And I don't care who wins this series. If it was up to me, we'd be watching Dirk hit a fadeaway jumper in Bosh's face to seal the Mavs second title with me going ape shit all up and down the block. AGAIN.

And yes there are ways to adjust your game without fouling - the Phoenix Suns did it for years with Stoudemire, Nash, Bell and the others - they got the least amount of fouls called against them in the NBA at the time and they contended. There are ways - the problem is that as a fan - you're not on the court close enough to see the shit that the ref's see. That year that Artest made so much noise over Kobe's flagarant - I had to watch the you tube 20 times to see where Kobe hit him in the chest on purpose. I know you guys think you know everything - BUT YOU DON'T AND YOU DON'T SEE EVERYTHING EITHER

This been the case in every game except for G3. In all the other 3 games I believe at least 1 of the Heat big 3 and sometimes 2 of them picked up 2 cheap fouls to put them on the bench early in the first.

He fouled out of the game didn't he - so he was fouling enough to get caught - A smart player backs off and is careful when the ref's are being assholes. I guess Lebron wasn't that smart :suds:

The Suns probably had the least amount of fouls called against them because they did not believe in actually playing defense

They should have played less physical and let Indiana do their rough stuff - and then they would have been able to play the victim - They didn't - they tried to play just as rough and tough and it failed
