The only thing that stood out on Heat was Pacino is a cartoon character when delivering half his lines.
He grew into that. He was playing Michael in the Godfather.Why ridiculous? It’s a movie.
As far as Pacino goes, he doesn’t play any character, other than himself in a different costume. He’s always just Pacino.
Like Elvis was always Elvis, just in different clothes.

Every time I watch it I just root for somebody to murder Ginger.I always felt Casino wanted to be Goodfellas and failed. I’ve never felt an overpowering urge to rewatch it.
